The physicians at Foxhall Women’s Health offer a full range of gynecologic surgical services. We always attempt to achieve our treatment goals with minimally invasive approaches.
We have onsite laboratory and gynecologic ultrasound available for our patient’s convenience and we offer many outpatient procedures in our state-of-the-art office. We perform both minimally invasive and traditional gynecologic surgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine Sibley Memorial Hospital.
We are happy to offer our patient the option of having some gynecologic procedures in our state-of-the-art procedure room. When appropriate, patients can have safe and comfortable procedures with the efficiency of an in-office setting. For patients who prefer to have full sedation for these procedures, we are also able accommodate them at Johns Hopkins Medicine Sibley Memorial Hospital.
We offer gynecologic ultrasound services within our office as a convenience to our patients. Our experienced and board-certified ultrasound technicians are available on Tuesdays to provide our patients with prompt and friendly service using our state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment.
We are excited about our partnership with Consortia Health, a leader in treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Our pelvic floor muscle training program is perfect for almost any woman who is experiencing urinary incontinence including those who are pregnant and postpartum.

We encourage a parent or guardian to accompany their daughter to these visits, but we always take time to address our teens concerns in privacy as well. As a team, parent, child, and physician can best address the unique gynecologic needs of our teens.

In many cases, we can provide treatment and help patients achieve their fertility goals. For some with more complex fertility issues, we actively refer our patients to fertility experts and we look forward to their return for obstetrical care once they have conceived. We are highly skilled in the obstetrical care of patients who have conceived with in-vitro fertilization.

Physical and emotional changes during the peri-menopausal years can be challenging for some patients, and new health concerns may emerge after menopause. We are proud to provide a broad range of healthcare to our mature patients, from osteoporosis screening and treatment, to evaluation and management sexual health issues. Many of our physicians have had additional training focused on menopausal medicine and are certified by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS).
The physicians at Foxhall Women’s Health offer a full range gynecologic surgical services. We always attempt to achieve our treatment goals with minimally invasive approaches. Some procedures can even be performed in our in-office state-of-the art treatment room. For patients who prefer or require a hospital stay, we perform surgical procedures at Johns Hopkins Medicine Sibley Memorial Hospital and are privileged to work with Sibley’s experienced and compassionate Anesthesiology and Nursing Services.
As a courtesy to our patients, we have a dedicated surgical coordinator who helps our patients through the administrative process including scheduling preoperative and postoperative appointments, assisting with obtaining preoperative medical clearance when it is necessary, and coordinating medical insurance pre-authorization.
