Foxhall OB/GYN Associates Implements A New Practice Management System
On October 1st, Foxhall OB/GYN Associates will begin using a new practice management system for appointment scheduling, claims processing and all patient/payer billing functions. We have made every effort to make this a seamless transition but it is possible that delays could occur at the registration and/or checkout desks. Your patience is appreciated as our employees gain proficiency with the new practice management software.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to facilitate the registration process in our new system.
All healthcare services provided prior to October 1, 2012 will be processed and billed through the legacy practice management system. Services provided on or after October 1, 2012 will be processed and billed through the new practice management system. If you have an aged account balance, you will receive two billing statements—one for dates of service prior to October 1, 2012 and a statement for services after October 1, 2012. If you have questions regarding your statement, please call 202-243-3532 to speak with a patient account representative.
